
Bill’s dance journey began in his hometown of Michigan, where he honed his skills as a competitive dancer. His team took top honors at the 1996 American Dance Championships, a nationally televised event. Bill then brought his talents to the Bay Area in 2003, after attending Oakland University and Wayne State University on dance scholarships.
As a performer, Bill has had the opportunity to work with notable names and productions, including the Oakland Dance Theatre, Bob McGrath of Sesame Street, and the television show Club Connect. He’s also choreographed for high-profile events like the Children’s Miracle Network, the Jerry Lewis Telethon, and the Variety Clubs International Convention.
Bill’s choreography credits extend to TV promos, NBA halftime shows, and stage productions. His work has been featured on Fuse, Dawn Dish Soap, and The Reel Awards at The Henry Fonda Theatre in Hollywood.
As a teacher, Bill has guided students to success on various platforms. His students have performed on Star Search with Arsenio Hall, So You Think You Can Dance, Dancing With The Stars, and in films like High School Musical 3 and Disney’s Pixel Perfect. Some have even landed recurring roles on The Young and The Restless, and toured with Broadway productions like Fosse, Movin’ Out, Wicked, and Cats. With 29 years of teaching experience, Bill’s students have consistently earned top awards and high scores at competitions nationwide.
